Yes. The SILO app for iOS and Android is your dashboard for everything the ring measures. Syncing happens automatically over Bluetooth, and the ring stores several days of data on its own if your phone isn’t nearby.

SILO is water resistant to IP68 — showers, washing up and swimming are all fine. We’d suggest removing it for diving or extended time in hot water like saunas.
